Women’s Brain Health Initiative

Design + Product Lead • 2020–Present

In my spare time, I volunteer at WBHI, a charitable foundation that focuses on the evidence-based Six Pillars of Brain Health to combat brain-aging diseases and emphasizes the unique risks faced by women. During my time with WBHI, I led the design of their charitable website and their student educational program, Brainable. Most recently, I designed and led the product direction for BrainFit — a habit tracking app alongside external stakeholders and the government of Canada.

Some of my work from WBHI

wbhi.org

I redesigned Women’s Brain Health Initiative’s main site, wbhi.org, with a focus on driving donations and leading visitors to WBHI’s key initiatives and blog posts.

BrainFit

I design and lead the product direction for BrainFit — a free habit tracking app funded by the Government of Canada designed to help individuals prolong their cognitive vitality. The app is available on iOS and Android for mobile and tablet.

Brainable

I designed the English and French websites for Brainable — an education program geared to students in grades 5 through 8 on the best ways they can protect their brain health, which also supplements the middle school health and science curriculum.
